This portfolio uses optional GoatCounter analytics to learn which engineering evidence helps recruiters. This deployment currently has analytics disabled.
What may be counted
An indexed production deployment may count the current page pathname and clicks named only projects, selected-work, resume, writing, contact, or email. These names identify site sections, not visitors. The request contains no page title, URL query, hash, referrer, screen size, form value, name, or email address.
Provider and retention
GoatCounter receives the network request and stores hourly or daily aggregate counts. This site requires individual pageviews, sessions, and secondary device/location dimensions to remain disabled in the GoatCounter account. Aggregate data stays in that account until it is deleted; provider backups may remain for up to 30 days after deletion.
Your control
No analytics Cookie, localStorage value, advertising identifier, or cross-site profile is created. Blocking the request has no effect on navigation, résumé access, email, or Copy email. The site owner can disable analytics immediately by removing the deployment endpoint; local and preview builds never send these signals.
